Although BMI is a general idea of where they should not as the whole time or for certain types of body.
I'm the same size and weight as you. The BMI says I'm always eating on the weight, but healthy and exercise. Some people, due to genetics, it is still very low, no matter what they do. My friends always make fun branch of the phenomenon, but they know they are eating all the time. In fact, I always say I'm hungry, that the answer is "if you are not hungry?"
In addition, affects people with lots of muscle mass are defined as "overweight classified." I have a friend who plays the whole of annual football and many other sports and activities, but their BMI is a number like 28 or so crazy. She has the most impressive muscle tone, and the rest of us are very jealous.

Check to see your percentage of body fat to determine whether 1) you get a good percentage of body fat and 2) has a good amount of muscle mass (mass).

Often when a person is underweight, either is compromised, unless the person is defined very low.

For example, if you have 12% body fat, it would be a good amount of muscle mass, fat mass, but not enough. In addition, if 20% body fat, it was not for a good amount of body fat, but the mass.
