Kyphosis does not change the shape of the head. Quite simply, the curves in the upper back to us more than ever, it appears bent.
Kyphosis can be treated but not cured. I'm not experienced with kyphosis, but I believe that treatment options are similar to scoliosis exercises (PT, orthopedics, pain management and surgery are other options, depending on the severity of the curve and still growing).
